MHP Mobile Home Park District
§ 170-48 Purpose.
It is the purpose of the MHP Mobile Home Park District to provide for the reasonable development of this type of residential land use.
§ 170-49 Permitted uses.
Permitted uses are as follows:
A.
Placement of multiple nontransient mobile homes on a parcel of land under single ownership subject to Chapter
72
, Mobile Home Parks;
B.
Agriculture, in accordance with §
170-117
of this chapter;
