The regulations, restrictions and boundaries set forth in this chapter may, from time to time, be amended, supplemented, changed or repealed in accordance with procedures established by applicable New Jersey statutes.

Any person violating any of the provisions hereof shall, upon conviction, pay a fine of not more than $500 or be committed to the county jail for not more than 30 days, or both, in the discretion of the Judge before whom the case shall be heard. Each and every day any violation continues shall be considered a separate offense, punishable by a like fine and/or jail sentence.
