ARTICLE XII
General Business District
§ 320-27 Structures and uses.
This district is intended to preserve certain uses permitted in the General Business District under this Chapter 320 of the Town of Lysander.
Uses permitted upon issuance of a special permit (See Article XVIII.) and a controlled site review (See Article XVII.) are as follows:
Drive-in services.
Automobile sales, including accessory service, but not including used car sales unless on the same lot and accessory to the sale of new automobiles as the principal and regular business.
Equipment sales, including accessory service.
Outdoor sales of boats, trailers, building supplies and other consumer products, including accessory service.
Motor vehicle service station.
Public garage.
Motel/hotel.
Parks, playgrounds and other similar recreational facilities which are privately owned and operated by a not-for-profit.

Regulation golf courses.
Golf driving ranges and other commercial amusements.
Veterinary treatment facility. (No animals shall be kept outside.)
Indoor/outdoor recreation facilities.
Prohibited uses are as follows:
Residential uses (except for on-site residency of security and/or caretaker personnel).
