MANUFACTURING DISTRICTS

§ 156.240 APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS.

   The following regulations shall apply to all L-2 Districts and shall be subject to the provisions of §§ 156.310 through 156.322, 156.335 through 156.345 and 156.360 through 156.364 of this chapter.

§ 156.241 PERMITTED USES.

   (A)   All uses permitted and regulated in the L-1 Districts are permitted; and
   (B)   The manufacture of concrete products.

§ 156.242 DISTRICT RESTRICTIONS.

   The district restrictions specified in the L-1 Districts shall apply to the L-2 Districts as if the same were set forth in this subchapter; except that, open storage of all raw materials, fuel, finished products, machinery and equipment, including company-owned or operated trucks and motor vehicles used by the company solely for its purposes and incidental to light manufacturing (specifically excluding therefrom motor freight terminal operations as subsequently defined) are permitted; provided that, the area on which these items are stored is enclosed by a fence of an approved type and design.

§ 156.243 PROHIBITED USES.

   The prohibited uses specified in the L-1 Districts shall also apply to the L-2 Districts.

§ 156.244 YARD SPECIFICATION.

   (A)   (1)   The front yard shall be a minimum of 25 feet which shall be used for either open landscaping and green areas or for service access to a building or to a parking lot.
      (2)   Landscaped areas shall be done attractively with lawns, trees, shrubs and similar treatment and shall be properly maintained in a sightly and well-kept condition.
   (B)   The rear yard shall be a minimum of 15 feet.
   (C)   The side yard shall be a minimum of ten feet from all side boundary lines.

§ 156.245 BUILDING HEIGHT LIMITATION.

   No building shall be erected or altered to exceed 30 feet in height.

§ 156.246 SPECIAL USES.

   The following uses are special uses in the L-2 District:
   (A)   Cannabis dispensaries;
   (B)   Cannabis craft growers;
   (C)   Cannabis cultivation centers;
   (D)   Cannabis infusers;
   (E)   Cannabis processors; and
   (F)   Cannabis transporters.
