This Ordinance shall be enforced by the zoning officer. No building permit or certificate of occupancy shall be issued by the zoning officer except under compliance with the provisions of this ordinance. Any building permit or certificate of occupancy issued in violation of this ordinance shall be void and invalid. It shall be the affirmative duty of the applicant and the zoning officer to make sure that there has been compliance with the provisions of this zoning ordinance.
