(a) Where residences are allowed within these zoning districts per Figure 13-1-23B, there shall be not less than 1,000 square feet of lot area per dwelling unit. (b) Within the B-C district, a conditional use permit is required for new building or expansion to an existing building where the building footprint will exceed 10,000 square feet. (c) If the INT zoned lot is completely within ¼ mile of the Highway 19/73 intersection center, then minimum lot area, width, and landscaped percentages are the lesser of the two numbers in the associated cell.
