Upon receipt of said report, the Board of Alderman may, on its motion, accept the recommendation of the Zoning Board, refer it back to said Board for further review/additional information, or, in the event of a written protest against such proposed development, proceed in the same manner as provided for zoning amendments in Article
XIII, Amendments and Special Use Permits.
