B. For each dwelling with over two (2) family units, the required lot area shall be one thousand (1,000) square feet for each unit over two (2). (Ord. 86, 8-19-1980; amd. 2008 Code)
C. Not more than forty five percent (45%) of the lot area may be covered by building or structures. (Ord. 86, 8-19-1980)
10-3D-7: ACCESSORY USES:
Accessory uses are permitted if constructed either at the same time or subsequent to the main building. Such uses shall be limited to two (2) stories in height and shall not encroach upon the front or side yards. (Ord. 86, 8-19-1980)
