Residential Districts
§ 169-13 Open Space Residential District (R-60).
A.
District purpose. The Rural Residential District (R-60) contains the Village's lowest-density residential neighborhood with a minimum lot size of 60,000 square feet. This district borders the Sage Estates Preserve where the preservation of open space and rural character is highly important.
B.
Permitted uses. The following uses are permitted as of right:

Accessory structures.
(2)
Dwelling, single-family.
(3)
Electric vehicle charging stations.
(4)
Manufactured home, individual.
(5)
Home occupation-1.
(6)
Minor public facility.
(7)

Site plan uses. The following uses are authorized by site plan approval pursuant to this chapter:

D.
Special uses. The following uses are authorized by special use permit pursuant to this chapter:
