All other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this chapter are hereby repealed.

The several sections, subsections and paragraphs of this chapter are hereby declared to be severable. If any section, subsection, or paragraph or subparagraph of this chapter shall be declared by a decision of a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of the chapter or of the section of which the invalid portion or paragraph may be a part.

Following passage and publication or posting by the Village Board, this chapter shall be in full force and effect in this Village.
