Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be punished as prescribed in Miami Shores Village Code of Ordinances, Chapter 2, Administration Article IV Code Enforcement Board.

Upon his becoming aware of any violation of any of the provisions of this ordinance the code enforcement officer shall serve notice of such violation on the person, firm or corporation committing or permitting the same, and if such violation has not ceased within such reasonable time as the code enforcement officer may specify he shall institute such action as the village manager may authorize.
