Fees for building permits shall be paid in accordance with the Montgomery Township Building Code.[1] Other fees required in the administration of this chapter shall be paid in advance or accompanying the application in accordance with the schedule of fees which may be adopted from time to time by resolution of the Board of Supervisors.[2]
