CHAPTER 2
JURISDICTION
§ 2.1 TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION.
For the purpose of this ordinance, the zoning jurisdiction of the City of Mount Holly shall include the land within the corporate limits of the city and that land located between these limits and the boundaries established in the Mount Holly ordinance establishing extraterritorial jurisdiction boundaries.

§ 2.2 INCORPORATION OF ZONING MAP.
The “Official Zoning Map, Mount Holly, North Carolina” and all notations, references and other information shown on the map are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of this ordinance.
