3 Enforcement
16.03.010 Compliance.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation or other entity to use, or cause or permit to be used, any land within the Town except as permitted by this Chapter. (Ord. 2019-07-08 §1)
16.03.020 Enforcement.
(a) The Zoning Administrator shall have the duty of interpreting and enforcing all provisions of this Chapter.
(b) No oversight or error on the part of the Zoning Administrator or any other employee or representative of the Town shall legalize, authorize, or excuse the violation of a provision of this Chapter. (Ord. 2019-07-08 §1)
