This ordinance is the zoning ordinance of the City of Nassau Bay, Texas and is the result of a detailed study of the existing land and water use within the City of Nassau Bay, Texas. This zoning ordinance represents a comprehensive land and water use plan for the regulation of development and land use within the city. Construction according to land and water uses permitted herein must meet the standards as contained in the City of Nassau Bay Building Code.
