The purpose of this section is to provide regulations for enforcement of this title.

A willful violation of any provision of this title shall be a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, shall be punished in accordance with section 1.01.180.

In case a building or other structure is, or is proposed to be located, constructed, maintained, repaired, altered, or used, or the land proposed to be used, is in violation of this chapter, the building or land in violation shall constitute a nuisance, and the county may, as an alternative to other remedies that are legally available for enforcing this chapter, institute an injunction, abatement, or other appropriate proceeding to prevent, enjoin, temporarily or permanently abate, or remove the unlawful location, construction, maintenance, repair, alteration, or use.
