ZONING HEARING BOARD; VARIANCES, SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS AND VIOLATION APPEALS
In granting any variance, the Zoning Hearing Board may attach such reasonable conditions and safeguards as it may deem necessary to implement the purposes of this chapter. |
In approving a special exception, the Zoning Hearing Board may attach whatever reasonable conditions and safeguards it deems necessary in order to insure that the proposed development is consistent with the purposes of this chapter. |
Each subsequent hearing on the application shall be held within 45 days of the prior hearing, unless otherwise agreed to by the applicant in writing or on the record. The applicant shall complete the presentation of his case-in-chief within 100 days of the first hearing and shall meet all other procedures set forth in § 908(1.2) of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code. |
