It is unlawful to erect, construct, reconstruct, alter, maintain or use any building or structure or to use any land in violation of the provisions of these regulations or any amendment thereof. Any person, firm or corporation, either as owner, leasee, occupant or otherwise, who violates any of the provisions of these regulations or any amendment thereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

The violation of any provision of these zoning regulations shall be punishable as provided by law. Each day, or portion thereof, any violation of any provision of these regulations shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
