SPORTS AND

RECREATION DISTRICT

§ 153.180 GENERAL PROVISIONS.

   Uses permitted in the Sports and Recreation District shall be:
   (A)   Golf courses.
   (B)   Parks and playgrounds.
   (C)   Tennis courts.
   (D)   Swimming pools.
   (E)   Ice skating rinks.
   (F)   Health clubs.
   (G)   Sports complexes and facilities, including baseball, football, hockey, polo, bowling alleys, and other similar uses.
   (H)   Accessory buildings and uses.

§ 153.181 HEIGHT REGULATIONS.

   No building or structure shall exceed the height prescribed by the city council in each case, provided, that the regulations shall be substantially uniform as to uses of like character.

§ 153.182 AREA REGULATIONS.

   Every building or structure shall comply with all regulations promulgated by the city council as to setbacks, yards and open spaces, lot areas, and widths, provided that the regulations shall be substantially uniform as to uses of like character.

§ 153.183 OFF-STREET PARKING AND OFF-STREET LOADING REGULATIONS.

   Off-street parking and off-street loading facilities shall be provided in each case as may be prescribed by the city council in accordance with the provisions of §§ 153.16 through 153.24.

§ 153.184 SPORTS AND RECREATION DISTRICT CHARGE.

   The operator or owner of the premises or owner of premises which are zoned sports and recreation uses and are used for a use permitted within this district shall pay to the city as and for a "Sports and Recreation District Charge" a sum to be determined by the City Council and which shall depend upon the nature of the use and the impact of such use upon city services, including administrative supervision, police, building and other department supervision and other municipal services.
