That certain document known as "State Of Arizona Floodplain Management Ordinance For Colorado River Communities", three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the town clerk of the town of Parker, Arizona, which document was made a public record, is hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter. The provisions of this chapter and the public record adopted herein are effective from and after July 5, 2006. (Ord. 04-2006, 7-5-2006)

Any person found guilty of violating any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a class one misdemeanor. Each day that a violation continues shall be a separate offense punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 04-2006, 7-5-2006)
