Section 181.- Conflict with other laws.

Wherever the requirements of this resolution are at variance with the requirements of any other lawfully adopted statutes, rules, regulations, resolutions, or ordinances, the most restrictive, or that imposing higher standards, shall govern.

Section 182. - Validity.

Each phrase, sentence, paragraph, section or other provision of this resolution, or its application to any persons or circumstances, is severable from all other such phrases, sentences, paragraphs, sections and provisions or their application. Should any phrase, sentence, paragraph, section, or provision of this resolution be declared by the courts to be unconstitutional or invalid, such declaration shall not affect any other portion or provision of this resolution.

Section 183. - Repealed resolutions.

All resolutions and ordinances, or portions thereof, in conflict with this resolution shall be and the same are hereby repealed.

Section 184. - Effective date.

This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after the date of its adoption by the county commission of Peach County.

Recommended by the Peach County Planning Commission for adoption by the county commission on April 27, 1972.

The provisions of this resolution were the subject of a properly advertised public hearing by the County Commission of Peach County on January 9, 1973.

This resolution is approved and adopted this 9th day of January 1973.
