§ 154.210 NU NON-URBAN DISTRICT.
The Non-Urban District exists to provide for the potential growth of the city into sparsely populated, primarily agricultural areas.

§ 154.211 NU NON-URBAN DISTRICT PRIMARY BUILDINGS.
Residential lots in the Non-Urban District shall not contain more than one principal building which shall be the dwelling which shall include a minimum 900 square feet of ground floor living space expressly excluding the area of any attached garage.

§ 154.212 NU NON-URBAN DISTRICT PERMITTED USES.
(A) Accessory uses to the primary permitted use.
(B) Agriculture.
(C) Cemeteries.
(D) Governmental uses.
(E) Modular home.
(F) Nurseries and greenhouses.
(G) Parks and playgrounds.
(H) Radio stations and towers.
(I) Schools.
(J) Single-family site-built dwellings.
(K) Single-family site-built dwelling subdivisions.
(L) Television stations and towers.
(M) Roof mounted solar energy collector - on site system.
(N) Other uses not listed as determined by the Zoning Commission.

§ 154.213 NU NON-URBAN DISTRICT SPECIAL USES.
(A) Agricultural implement, seed, and fertilizer sales.
(B) Amusement facilities.
(C) Churches.
(D) Clubs.
(E) Commercial kennels.
(F) Golf courses.
(G) Group homes.
(H) Home occupations.
(I) Hospitals.
(J) Industrial uses.
(K) Landfill and waste disposal and transfer stations.
(L) Mobile home parks.
(M) Metal-working shops and foundries.
(N) Mineral extractive operations.
(O) Nursing homes.
(P) Planned unit developments, including subdivisions.
(Q) Sanitariums.
(R) Veterinary practices.
(S) Ground mounted solar energy collector - on site system.
(T) Other uses not listed herein as determined by the Zoning Commission.

§ 154.214 NU NON-URBAN DISTRICT LOT SIZES.
Residential lot sizes in the Non-Urban District shall be at least 100 feet in width by 100 feet in depth. (Also see the table in § 154.250.)

§ 154.215 NU NON-URBAN DISTRICT HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS.
The ceiling of the highest occupied level, excluding attic and rafter space, of a dwelling in this district shall not exceed 25 feet above ground level. Commercial structures in the Non-Urban District shall be no higher than 35 feet. Front and rear setbacks shall be at least 20 feet. Side setbacks shall be at least ten feet. Accessory buildings shall be set back at least five feet. (Also see the table in § 154.250.)

§ 154.216 NU NON-URBAN ANIMAL KEEPING.
Animal-keeping pre-existing rezoning of adjacent land shall be permitted to continue unimpeded.
