ARTICLE XIII

2 District "C-R" Commercial-Residential District

Section 405.417 District "C-R" Commercial-Residential District.

A. 
The following regulations shall apply within the "C-R" Commercial-Residential District:
1. 
Commercial portions of a building shall be subject to zoning regulations of the adjacent Commercial Zoning District.
2. 
Residential portions of a building shall be space above a commercial portion of a building and shall follow the Residential Zoning District approved during site plan development.
3. 
Permitted Uses.
a. 
Commercial. Any use permitted within the "C-1" Central Business or "C-2" General Business District, subject to setback lines, height restrictions, parking and service vehicle access contained within the Section for said district.
b. 
Loft Apartments.
c. 
Apartment Building.
4. 
Conditional Uses. Any use not otherwise permitted above.
5. 
Prohibited Uses. Any use not expressly authorized by this Section.
