The "zone map for the city of Pleasant Grove" (herein also referred to as the zone map, zoning map and Pleasant Grove City zoning map), is hereby adopted and incorporated as a part of this title by this reference. (Ord. 2000-32, 8-15-2000)
10-7-2: ZONE DESIGNATIONS:
In order to accomplish the purposes of this title, the city is divided into zones. The location and boundaries of each of the zones are shown on the zone map. The zones into which the city has been divided or into which it may be divided include the zones referred to in chapters 8 through 14 of this title, and includes all overlay zones. 10-7-3: DETERMINING ZONE BOUNDARIES:
Where uncertainty exists with respect to the boundaries of various zones, the following rules shall apply:
A. Where the indicated boundaries on the zone map are approximately street or alley lines, the centerline of said street or alley shall be construed to be the zone boundary.
B. Where the indicated boundaries are approximately lot lines, said lot lines shall be construed to be the zone boundary unless otherwise indicated.
C. Where the indicated boundaries are approximately canals, watercourses, or other clearly defined natural features, the centerlines of such canals, watercourses, or natural features shall be construed to be the zone boundaries unless otherwise indicated.
D. In the absence of any street, land survey, lot, canal, watercourse, or other natural feature or measurement, the zone boundary shall be determined by use of the scale of measurement shown upon the map.
E. Where other uncertainty exists, the planning commission shall interpret the locations of zone boundaries upon said zone map. (Ord. 2000-23, 7-18-2000)
