Block 100, Lot 8 Redevelopment Plan

§ 190-97A.1 Block 100, Lot 8 Redevelopment Plan Adopted.

A. 
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-7, the Block 100, Lot 8 Redevelopment Plan is hereby adopted.
B. 
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-7 the Municipal Council hereby accepts and approves the Block 100, Lot 8 Redevelopment Plan and hereby adopts said Redevelopment Plan.
C. 
The zoning district map in the zoning ordinance of the Borough is hereby amended to include the "Block 100, Lot 8 Redevelopment Area" per the boundaries described in the Redevelopment Plan, and the provisions therein.
D. 
If any section, paragraph, subsection, clause, or provision of this ordinance shall be adjudged by the courts to be invalid, such adjudication shall apply only to the section, paragraph, subsection, clause, or provision so adjudicated, and the remainder of the ordinance shall be deemed valid and effective.
E. 
Any ordinances or parts thereof in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are repealed to the extent of such conflict.
F. 
To the extent that any portion of the Block 100, Lot 8 Redevelopment Plan conflicts with or amends or modifies any provision of any other of the Borough's development regulations, the Block 100, Lot 8 Redevelopment Plan shall supersede or amend or modify, as applicable, such development regulations and the zoning district map included in the Borough's zoning ordinance shall be deemed amended accordingly.
G. 
A copy of this ordinance and the Block 100, Lot 8 Redevelopment Plan shall be available for public inspection at the office of the Borough Clerk during regular business hours.
