§ 190-97C.1 525 Wanaque Avenue Redevelopment Plan.

A.
The 525 Wanaque Avenue Redevelopment Plan is hereby adopted.
B.
The 525 Wanaque Avenue Redevelopment Plan shall supersede existing zoning for the Plan Area and that the Borough Zoning Ordinance District Map is hereby and shall be amended to specifically designate the Plan Area zoning as 525 Wanaque Avenue Redevelopment Area.
