§ 190-97D.1 Senior Housing Redevelopment Plan.

A.
The Senior Housing Redevelopment Plan dated March 2023 is hereby adopted.
B.
The zoning district map in the zoning ordinance of the Borough is hereby amended to include the Redevelopment Area per the boundaries described in the Senior Housing Redevelopment Plan dated March 2023, and the provisions therein.
