Erosion and Control

§ 176-212 Compliance with other provisions.

A. 
No preliminary or final plat shall be approved which does not conform to the provisions of Chapter 142 of this Code.
(1) 
A stormwater pollution prevention plan ("SWPPP") consistent with the requirements of Chapter 142 of this Code shall be required for preliminary subdivision plat approval. The SWPPP shall meet the performance and design criteria and standards in § 142-4 of said chapter.
(2) 
A SWPPP consistent with the requirements of said Chapter 142 and with the terms of the preliminary subdivision plat approval shall be required for final subdivision plat approval.
B. 
No site plan shall be approved which does not conform to the provisions of Chapter 142 of this Code.
(1)
