Editor's note— Ord. No. 14-8, §§ 1 and 2, adopted Aug. 5, 2014, repealed Art. III and enacted a new article as set out herein. The former Art. District Intent
The CO district (conservation) is intended to provide a land use category for property
to be preserved from development. The only way property can be classified CO is through
voluntary petition by the property owner. This district is beneficial for environmentally
sensitive or unique land. The city will strive to protect this district from conflicting
land uses.

District Intent
The MP district (manufactured home park) is intended to provide a land use category
for housing districts (typically mobile homes or manufactured home parks) where dwelling
sites are leased. Manufactured home or mobile home parks shall be in accordance with
IC 16-11-27-1 et seq., Rule 410 IAC 6-6 and their subsequent amendments. Additionally,
all developments in this district are subject to the state board of health requirements
and the requirements of this chapter.
