Editor’s note–Section 38, “Signs,” which was added to the zoning ordinance by Ord. 00-299-002 adopted 5/9/00, was deleted by Ord. 8022-000 adopted 2/9/09. Sec. 38 was renumbered as sec. 39 by Ord. 2014-07-01 adopted 7/14/14. Sign regulations are now located in article 3.06 of the Code of Ordinances.
