All signs must comply with the requirements of this Section 14.23. No sign shall be located, erected, moved, reconstructed, extended, enlarged, converted, or structurally altered without a zoning permit except those non-conforming signs under Section 14.23.06. If applicable, the sign shall also meet all the structural requirements of the building code.
