A.

City council shall establish a schedule of fees, charges and expenses and a collection procedure for processing applications for rezonings, special uses, variances, appeals, building permits and other matters pertaining to this ordinance. The schedule of fees shall be posted in the office of the city clerk, and may only be amended by city council.

B.

No action shall be taken on any application until all applicable fees, charges, and expenses have been paid in full.

Fees may be reduced for redevelopment and new development projects in the TMCU and MU districts and the hospital overlay at the discretion of the community development director and city manager.
