§ 128-39.3 Maximum building height.
No principal structure shall be higher than 25 feet or 2 1/2 stories.
§ 128-39.4 Minimum number of dwelling units permitted.
The minimum number of dwelling units permitted in this district shall be six units per gross acre. The total number of low- and moderate-income dwelling units shall equal 20% of the total number of dwelling units computed based on six dwelling units per gross acre.
Fences may be located on a property line, however, any fence located between a line delineated by the front facade of the building and the street may not be more than 42 inches in height.
Maximum lot coverage. The maximum lot coverage shall be a combined total for the principal building, accessory structures and impervious cover surfaces. Less than half of the area between the front facade of the building and the front lot line shall be impervious. The balance of this area shall be landscaped. The remaining portion of the lot shall be sufficiently landscaped to be in keeping with the character of the majority of the lots in the immediate area, with a typical lot maintaining a minimum of 40% of the lot landscaped. Any lot with less than 40% landscaped shall also have a minimum three-foot-tall screen planting around the perimeter of the side and rear of the lot The buffer planting shall be increased in height by one foot for every 10% of additional impervious cover added to the lot.
