P-2 Passive Public Park District

§ 190-600 Purpose.

The purpose of the P-2 Passive Public Park District is to designate publicly owned lands which are preserved as open space or reserved for passive public park purposes and to establish regulations for the use of land for these public park purposes.

§ 190-601 Authorized uses.

Temporary use or structure, other than a construction trailer, subject to § 1303.21

Comparable uses not specifically listed, subject to § 1303.7

Expansion of a nonconforming use, subject to § 1303.9 and § 1601.4

§ 190-602 Area and bulk regulations.

In the P-2 Passive Public Park, District, all uses shall be subject to the following regulations, except as they may be modified by the express standards and criteria for the specific conditional uses and uses by special exception contained in Article XIII.

MAXIMUM LOT COVERAGE: 10%

MINIMUM FRONT YARD:
Abutting any "S" or "R" District: 50 feet
All Others: 20 feet

MINIMUM REAR YARD:
All principal structures:
Abutting any "S" or "R" District: 50 feet
All Others: 25 feet
All accessory structures: 25 feet

MINIMUM SIDE YARD:
All principal structures:
Abutting any "S" or "R" District: 50 feet
All Others: 15 feet
All accessory structures:
Abutting any "S" or "R" District: 25 feet
All Others: 15 feet
