The purpose of the R-2, Medium Density Residential, District is to preserve the established pattern of single family development in medium density areas of Rosslyn Farms and to allow certain additional compatible uses such as schools, parks, churches, and certain public facilities which serve the residents of the Zoning District.
§ 190-801 Authorized uses.
In the R-2, Medium Density Residential, District only the following uses are authorized:
Accessory Uses customarily incidental to and on the same lot with any permitted use, conditional use or use by special exception authorized in this Zoning District.
Expansion of Nonconforming Use, subject to § 1303.9 and § 1601.4
§ 190-802 Area and bulk regulations.
In the R-2, Medium Density Residential, District, all uses shall be subject to the following regulations, except as they may be modified by the express standards and criteria for the specific conditional uses and uses by special exception contained in Article XIII.
