Any person, firm, corporation, limited liability company or other such entity who or which violates any of the provisions of this chapter or fails to comply with any of its requirements shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a forfeiture of not less than $100 and not more than $1,000, together with applicable costs, assessments, surcharges, and fees.

Each day that a violation exists or continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense.

All violations of this chapter are hereby declared public nuisances.

Nothing in this Code shall preclude the Village from instituting any action or proceeding for an injunction to enjoin or abate a violation of this chapter.
