CG Crossing Governmental Zone

§ 210-15.10 Purpose.

The purpose of the zone is to encourage public and governmental uses that primarily serve the Borough, while maintaining and enhancing the historic character, scale and open spaces that exist within the zone.

§ 210-15.11 Permitted uses.

The following uses shall be permitted in the CG Crossing Governmental Zone. Any use not so listed is expressly prohibited.
A. 
Permitted principal uses.
(1) 
Places of worship.
(2) 
Cemeteries.
(3) 
Public uses.
(4) 
Municipal parks and playgrounds, and open space.
(5) 
Public and private schools.
B. 
Permitted accessory uses and structures.
(1) 
Private, fully enclosed garages or off-street parking, pursuant to § 210-37.
(2) 
Signs, pursuant to Chapter 175 of the Code.
(3) 
Fences, landscaping and outdoor lighting, pursuant to § 179-8 and Chapters 105 and 138 of this Code.
(4) 
Detention and retention facilities.
(5) 
Accessory uses and structures which are customary and incidental to the permitted principal uses.
