32. - R1-6 SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
The purpose of this zoning district is to promote and preserve urban single-family residential development on lots with a minimum area of 6,000 square feet. The principal use permitted in this zoning district is single-family dwelling with customary accessory buildings and uses.

The use requirements are the same as those in the R1-10 zoning district and may include one accessory dwelling unit as defined in section 17.08.040 per lot conforming to section 17.12.030B.

Requirements and restrictions pertaining to area and width of lots, the location of buildings and structures, the size of yards and open space, the height and size of buildings, and the percentage of the lot that may be occupied shall be as set forth in chapter 17.68 relating to the R1-6 zone.
