R-20 One-Family Residence District

§ 300-4.1 Intent.

The R-20 One-Family Residence District is to be the principal residence district in the Village. As a result of the Village's long development history, it is anticipated that there may be some nonconforming residence and nonresidence uses. No new such uses shall be established, and every effort shall be exercised to contain those nonconforming buildings and uses that now exist.

§ 300-4.2 Permitted and special exception uses.

Within the R-20 One-Family Residence District, any building, structure, lot or land shall be utilized only in accordance with the Table of Uses.[1]

§ 300-4.3 Dimensional regulations.

Dimensional regulations within the R-20 District any building, structure, lot or land shall be utilized only in accordance with the Table of Dimensional Regulations.[1]
