The Board of Trustees intends that the Office District serve as the primary location of destination-oriented uses different from the retail uses and the pedestrian-oriented uses in the Village Business District. The Office District would serve as a location for businesses supportive of the retail uses, for example, real estate offices, new banks, professional offices and the like. With the development of new uses in the OD district it is expected there would be new and additional parking which would during non-office hours serve the needs of the adjacent VB District.
