02 - LAND DEVELOPMENT AND SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE
The city hereby adopts the land development and subdivision ordinance, chapters 1 through 12, the text of which is set out in full in exhibit C of this chapter, which is incorporated herein by reference for all purposes.

(a)
Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the terms and provisions of such ordinance shall be subject to the maximum fine permissible under state law. Each day such violation shall be continued, or shall be allowed to continue to exist, shall constitute a separate offense.
(b)
In addition to the penalties provided for hereinabove, the city manager may, in case any action is taken or omission made in violation of the ordinance, direct the institution of any appropriate action or proceedings to prevent any illegal act or require an act as prescribed by the ordinance. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to fail to comply with the provisions of the ordinance by act or omission.
