A certified copy of this chapter, together with a copy of the Official Zoning District Map of the Incorporated Village of Sea Cliff, Town of Oyster Bay, Nassau County, New York, and any amendments thereto, shall be filed with the Nassau County Planning Commission for approval thereby[1] and with the Nassau County Clerk.[2]
