Sioux Falls City Zoning Code

   The regulations set forth in this subchapter or set forth elsewhere in this chapter when referred to in this subchapter are the form regulations of the WM4: warehouse and manufacturing—airport facilities.

   The WM4 form shall be allowed in the following zoning district as detailed in §§ 160.016–160.047 (Districts and Boundaries): AP district.

   The following uses shall be a principal use when a building or premises is the primary or predominant use of any lot:

   (a)   Airport facilities.

   (b)   Airport passenger terminal.

   (c)   Air national guard facilities.

   A use shall be accessory to a building or premises that is customarily incidental and subordinate to any principal use allowed as a WM4 form. For example, airport passenger terminals shall be allowed to permit reasonable commercial, parking and office uses that are accessory.

   The maximum height and minimum lot requirements within the WM4 form shall be determined by the Sioux Falls Airport Authority based upon the Sioux Falls Airport Master Plan.

   Development with a WM4 form shall be regulated in conformance with the airport master plan.
