- Continuity, validity and effective date.
17.1 In any instance under these Regulations where approval or other action by any board, commission, agency or official is required and such board, commission, agency or office shall cease to exist, such approval or other action shall be the responsibility of the Zoning Commission.
17.2 If the General Statutes of the State of Connecticut shall be amended so that any provision of these Regulations is in conflict with such amendment, such conflicting provision of these Regulations shall be considered superseded by the requirements of the General Statutes without formal amendment of these Regulations.
17.3 The invalidity of any section, paragraph or provision of these Regulations shall not invalidate any other section, paragraph or provision hereof.
17.4 These Regulations, and any amendment or change hereto, shall be in full force and effect from the date established by the Zoning Commission in accordance with the General Statutes of the State of Connecticut.
