(A) Any person or corporation, whether as principal, agent, employee or otherwise, who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $10 and not more than $300, for each offense, such fine to inure to the county. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(B) The erection, construction, enlargement, conversion, moving, or maintenance of any building or structure and the use of any land or building which is continued, operated or maintained, contrary to the provisions of this chapter is hereby declared to be a violation of this chapter and unlawful. The Advisory Plan Commission Attorney or the County Attorney shall, immediately upon any such violation having been called to his attention, institute injunction, abatement, or any other appropriate action to prevent, enjoin, abate or remove such violation. Such action may also be instituted by any property owner who may be especially damaged by any violation of this chapter.
(C) The remedy provided for herein shall be cumulative and not exclusive and shall be in addition to any other remedies provided by law.
(D) In addition to the foregoing, every person or entity found to be in violation of any regulation in or any provision of this chapter, as amended from time to time, or any regulation enacted thereunder, shall also be held responsible for the reasonable costs of enforcement thereof, including attorney fees, other personnel costs, and court cost, in any action taken to enforce the provisions of this chapter, as amended from time to time.
(E) Any action permitted to be commenced under this section against any owner and/or possessor of real estate, may also be brought against the owner of any personal property who has furnished that property or permitted it to be placed on real estate in a manner which results in any violation of this chapter, as amended from time to time.
