(Ord. No. 2021-01, § 3, 2-2-2021)
The location and boundaries of the districts established by the ordinance are shown on the zoning district map dated March 18, 1952, revised January 8, 2013, and again revised in 2019, and as further amended from time-to-time, which is incorporated herein and hereby made a part of this ordinance. Said district map, together with everything shown thereon and all amendments thereto, shall be as much a part of this ordinance as though fully set forth and described herein. Certified copies of said district map shall be filed with the office of the village clerk, the zoning enforcement officer, and the chairman of the zoning board of appeals; a certified copy of the district map shall be open to public inspection in the office of the village clerk at all times during which the office is open for business.
(Ord. No. 2021-01, § 4, 2-2-2021)
A district boundary line is the center line of a railroad right-of-way, highway, street, alley or easement, rear lot line, or such lines extended, unless otherwise specifically indicated on the zoning map.
In areas not subdivided into lots and blocks, whenever a district is indicated as a strip adjacent to and parallel to a street, highway, or railroad, the depth of such strip shall be in accordance with the dimensions shown on the map, measured at right angles to the center line of a street, highway, or railroad, and the length of frontage shall be in accordance with the dimensions shown on the map from the center line of the streets, highways, or railroad right-of-way unless otherwise indicated.
Where a district boundary line divides a lot in single ownership, the regulations applicable to either portion of the lot may, in the owner's discretion, extend to the entire lot.
Whenever any property is located within the light industrial district and is adjacent to property located within the single-family residence district, a 600-foot set back or buffer strip shall be provided in the property located within the light industrial district from the boundary of such property located within the single-family residence district which shall be used and/or developed in the following manner only:
