- REIMBURSEMENT FOR VILLAGE EXPENSES8

Sec. 5B-13-1. - Reimbursement for professional expenses required.
All applicants for zoning map amendment, variance or special use permit shall reimburse the village for all professional expenses incurred by the village in review and furtherance of said application, including, but not limited to, engineering fees, attorney fees, building and zoning inspection fees.

Sec. 5B-13-2. - Reimbursement required before the granting of map amendments, variances and special uses.
No ordinance for map amendment, variance, and/or special use shall be adopted by the board of trustees until all application fees, and professional fees incurred by the village as stated herein, are paid and or reimbursed by the applicant.
