Residential development shall comply with the allowability of density bonuses, incentives, exemptions, and concessions in compliance with State Density Bonus Law (Government Code Section 65915, as revised). Government Code Section 65915 requires the city to provide incentives for affordable housing, senior housing, and childcare facilities.
