Purpose. The purpose of this Section is to establish regulations for the siting of towers and antennas on public and private property. The goals of this section are to:
Setbacks. Towers and accessory facilities must satisfy the minimum yard setback requirements for primary structures of the zoning district in which they are located.
Purpose. The purpose of this Section is to establish minimum standards for accessory uses and structures to meet the following objectives:

Employees. The operator of the ACU shall not employ more than two individuals not living on the premises at any one time.
Customers. No more than five customers are permitted on the premises at any one time.
Hours of Operation. Hours of operation shall be limited to 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Outdoor Display or Merchandise. Outdoor displays of merchandise are permitted for an ACU engaged in the sale of goods, provided the display is moved inside the principal or accessory structure during the hours that the ACU is closed for business.

Purpose. The purpose of this Section is to establish regulations for the siting of towers and antennas on public and private property. The goals of this section are to:
Setbacks. Towers and accessory facilities must satisfy the minimum yard setback requirements for primary structures of the zoning district in which they are located.
Purpose. The purpose of this Section is to establish minimum standards for accessory uses and structures to meet the following objectives:

Employees. The operator of the ACU shall not employ more than two individuals not living on the premises at any one time.
