§ 000 - PREAMBLE

An ordinance of the Township of Tewksbury, in the county of Hunterdon, State of New Jersey, regulating the use and development of land and buildings and structures thereon, pursuant to the Municipal Land Use Law, by establishing certain regulations, standards, procedures and other provisions governing the subdivision of land and site plans for development, by limiting and restricting to specified districts and regulating therein buildings, structures and uses of land according to size, location, nature, extent, and density or intensity of use, re-establishing a Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment in and for said Township, and vesting such boards with certain powers and duties, and providing for the administration of said ordinance and penalties for the violation thereof.

§ 100 - SHORT TITLE

This Ordinance may be known as the "Tewksbury Township Development Regulations Ordinance (2000)".
